 The Esplanade - 2006/11/25 16:56 Have you seen the Esplanade Development overlooking The Espy Hotel - what a shame, what an EYESORE! The only way that is ever going to fit in with the 'vista' looking back into St Kilda is if the council approves more development - oops shouldn't give them any ideas! How did the council manage to think that that development would be okay?
